Please use the link above in the top right corner - "Registration".

When you register as a Captain, you check the "player" and "Team Captain" checkbox.

Players will only use the "player" checkbox. You must have your photo saved and ready to upload as it is a mandatory part of registration. The videos above may have extra features shown that we are not requiring (example:  We are not requiring uploading of birth certificate or drivers license) but the photo is required to proceed.  (Please no hats, sunglasses, other people, dogs, etc.. it is a head shot like your drivers' license)

RETURNING PLAYERS:  DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE.  You must log in with your existing player profile in order for the system to recognize you as a returning player.
